Payment terms and discounts
- Regular terms: 50% due on contract signing, 50% due on project completion
- Pay in full upon contract signing and receive a $100.00 discount
- We value all referrals, send us your clients and we will offer them an additional $50.00 discount on services paid in full upon contract signing as a gift from you
- Hosting and domains (with your personalized email) $80.00 per year or a $30.00 per month maintenance plan for technical oversight and repairs, updates and modifications
- We can host your domain and email addresses for an annual cost of $15.00 per year
- Regular updates to site content and functionality cost $50.00 per hour (ask about other packages)
- Group discounts apply when groups of 10 or more sites are paid for (and contract signed) at the same time, material is provided to us at a mutually-agreeable date for all participants and the work is scheduled to be done at the same time
- Group discount is $100.00 off typical build plus an additional optional $50.00 off for full payment upon contract signing (the additional discount for full payment can be decided by each participant), additional functionality not subject to discount, work received after deadline and scheduling not subject to discount
- Scheduling takes 2 – 6 weeks typically, depending on current work load
- Site take approximately 3 business days to build, revisions and add-ons will take additional time
- Taxes are not included in the aforementioned prices
